You always have the right to exchange any movie purchased from us at any time for any movie in the same format from our Exchange Library at the value posted on the Excalibur web site at the time the exchange is received by us. To exchange this movie for one of higher value just pay the difference.
The 'Value' of the movies you return for exchange is equal to the price they are being sold for at the time you ship them back to Excalibur Films to be exchanged. The 'Value' of the movies can fluctuate while they are in your possession since there are no time limits on how soon the movies need to be returned. You have the right to keep the movies as long as you wish; or, you can return them as often as you wish.
The value of your movies can increase if they were purchased during a sale and returned when the sale was discontinued. The reverse is also true: The value of your movies can decrease if they were purchased prior to a sale and returned when the sale was still in effect.
Please Note: The Exchange Program is only for the U.S., since the U.S. Customs will charge an import duty even though the films originally came form the U.S. -- thus dramatically increasing the costs to exchange for foreign customers.
The Movie Exchanging Process: If you purchase a movie from us, you can exchange it for any other movie in our Exchange Library at the same or lower price level. It’s just that simple!
As an example: The total 'Value' you have in your Excalibur Exchange Account determines the number of movies you can receive: If you return one $40.00 movie you have the right exchange it for four $10.00 movies, or any similar combination of movies. Likewise, if you return four $10.00 movies, you have the right exchange it for one $40.00 movie (depending on availability).
Please keep about five selections in your personal Exchange List for each title you are exchanging so that your order can be processed quickly in case you initial choices are out of stock. If more that one title is being exchanged, please use a separate exchange form for each movie.
Exchange your movies as often as you wish. Keep them as long as you wish. There are no late fees! There are no monthly fees! Now, Soon & Wait: 'Now' means that the movie is presently in stock for exchange. 'Soon' means that we expect to receive it in the Exchange Library within a week or, in the case of future releases, the date it will be released by the production company. 'Wait' means that we have no definite date from the production company as to when we will receive that movie title.
